Regards I have the same partition schema as you, firstly I created the installation image of macOS Monterey in one single HFS+ partition, and the rest into an APFS container to install Monterey as bootable installation completed. So doing this, and after put the SIP values I wrote previously, and after running the HD 4000 patch script, my laptop recovers the QE/CI acelleration with Metal in Monterey. Cheers.
