The good news is that it can boot with your config . Bad is all the patches did no use . genkbench is the same with no patches. X86PlatformPlugin::publishACPIStates - Failed to get CPU P States! But in mojave ,the geekbench single-core score only 1900 and the cinebench r15 only 2400. Do you have any other ideas to enable xcpm with x10dai in 10.14? I have tested. I need to use the nullcpupowermanager.kext to avoid powermanager panic. Then the test score is lower than the 10.12.6. Can you share your EFI files?
