Obsydian
Thanks for the excellent work Taruga! Here are my results: alc262test1: only internal speakers and microphone detected. Internal speakers work, internal mic doesn't. alc262test2: both internal speakers and external headphones, along with internal mic detected. Both outputs work, although it doesn't auto detect when I plug in headphones; I have to switch the output manually. Internal mic still doesn't work. alc262test3: both internal speakers and external headphones, along with two internal mics detected. Both outputs work, same as before where I have to manually select. Neither mic input works. My laptop has a built in mic, along with a port for an external mic to be plugged in, so I think this is the closest so far. seskanda
Is the Microphone working with Sigmatel 9200 yet? I have JaS 10.4.8, now on a Dell Dimension 3100/E310, used AppleHDA v1.12 but NO mic detected AT ALL. I get Line OUT & Line IN, all i need is the mic. I tried v1.11, 1.14b & 1.15 of AppleHDA. The first one gives the exact same results as v1.12, and the latter two get rid of Line IN, and Internal Mic shows up, but it's NOT working (i tested it in Skype). Interestingly, each time i ran another version of AppleHDA, the log shows the exact results as the first time i ran AppleHDA v1.12. Why does this happen? How can i try the newer versions of AppleHDA? Obsydian
I have a Toshiba Tecra M7 tablet. Edit: no one else has had even internal speakers working with AppleHDA? I had to open sound properties and select built-in headphones or built-in speakers to switch between them. echo
I really wish someone would fix the output of Sigmatel 9227. The vipersporthp file on the first page detects everything, but sound does not come out of Line Out ( Says the selected device has no output controls) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/32859-applehda-solution-work-in-progress/page/99/#findComment-464353 Share on other sites
EtherealRemnant
Alright, I'm posting this for Bad Axe 2 owners so that they don't have to go through the Live CD {censored}. Here's the 9274D codec dump that works perfectly on my Bad Axe 2. Drop it on your patcher app and you should be good to go. If it does not work after a reboot, then you may have the version of the board that has a different codec, which this will not work on and I cannot help you there. Cheers!
