(I'm looking for on the mac, now, it's a mess of folders...) But first Replace the EFI folder of your bootloader with this one and then if it didn't work update your BIOS then try again With this folder I'm able to boot into macOS 10.12.5 I tested on my own rig. If I select the ssd of el capitan It show me clover and if I choose el capitan, logo apple and then reboot....
