I just realized something: (commit 04e42c09e) with my Z170 Skylake

if I choose CsrActiveConfig =0xFEF impossible to start Ventura

if I choose CsrActiveConfig = 0xFFF I can start Ventura

not exactly the same , you have the os_ventura.png visible in Clover menu

Audiodxe.efi is still not working.
(I feel that not working own efi is a fatal error.)
Similarly, it will be reset in the middle of booting.

Hi @Slice Since long time ago (Big Sur), I use csr-active-config=0x285 (Z390 config)  as you had advice to me. What's the difference with csr-active-config=0x0A87 ? Is it better to use it instead of mine setting.

Don't set bit 0x10 which prohibits updates.

One boots Mojave but panic with Ventura.

Second boots Ventura but panic with Mojave.

 Smbios iMacPro 1,1 works with it, under Sierra too, but not with Ventura even if i change 0xFFF by 0x0A87 on Z170

 

 

 

 

 

 

I just tried with commit 2c28c23, which is supposed to bring only the addition of the Ventura icon in Clover Menu, with this one also it is impossible to boot Ventura, if that can give a clue.

 

With 48be659 no problem to boot

GUI > disable "PlayAsync"

System Paramters > remove "Inject Kexts". Obosloete.  Since Kext Injection is no longer handled by FSInject but by OpenRuntime.
