AMD 78/9XX will be the fastest OpenCL card in near future i think. At least from the HW speed it shoud be beat any Nvidia. Maybe AMD OpenCL framework/drivers are the bottleneck.

 

PS: Have you already tried new Furmark OpenGL Benchmark? Happy to see new results :)

just one, I really think I broke it :) I had/have my overclock off since just installed the card, there's no way that score is right. Try cycling the different sim modes while it's running, that's what made it shoot way up. Probably an error caused by going from super low (in comparison) cpu single core sim and back to gpu sim

Yep i also think its an measure bug - when switching between sim modes (cpu, gpu,...) and gflops change so much.

I think when he starts the galaxies and does nothing he get great score but not its bugged 3000 Gflop.
