@ Mohamed the second command keeps coming up with directory not found?

ok there are file cold amd patcher.... on tools folder

copy it and paste it on usr/bin

you got me. the usr/bin file is.

usr/bin is directory

 

to go to it

open mac partion

then from go on apple bar

go to folder

type

usr/bin

folder will open

paste here file sent

then do command on terminal

 

did you finish i want to sleep :(

when i went to the folder finder and all. i typer usr/bin (exactly as it is printed). i got no file found. :D

see i will sample it more

copy amd_insn_patcher to mac partion

then type this on terminal

 

sudo cp /amd_insn_patcher /usr/bin

after i enter the copy command and then enter the second command for the directory i get binary file could not be executed:

but anyway. i worked on this some more and was unable to get it to work. :(

just replace iousbfamaily.kext with andy kext it support usb sleep also usb3 wink_anim.gif

yes this works on 1.6.6

i install only the IOUSBFamily with kext utility then i restart, when i restart the USB don't work...another way?

 

which kernel you use

also delete old kext and paste new then use pfix

pfix is best
