what does it matter if osx is faster ?

i mean you have a badass machine capable of smashing any video game conception made up until today, and you OSX it.... My EeePc runs well OS, so you don't need that much power to run well os... You clearly built the system for gaming, so there's no question what system should be primary inside your computer

unless you run video editing, in which case i apologize and withdraw my reply.

I find any difference between the two systems to be marginal, but on that note, I would agree with Stroke in that I would be running OS X on non-supported hardware, so it wouldn't be expected to perform as a supported OS would.

Only in case the unsupported hardware directly affects the performance.

My hackintosh for example, last time i checked got 4088 in XP 32Bit and 4890 in 10.5.4 on GeekBench, so go figure.
