First you load VMWare Fusion, then after configuring it to run XP , you load XP, after the initial XP setup and rebooting a few times you should be able to open any .exe file and play any game you like in XP! If this sounds too much like hard work, then NO! You cannot play Windows games natively in MacOSX!
