ltooz_audis Posted July 22, 2017 Share Posted July 22, 2017 Hello MaLdOn, I've just gotten a Dell desktop for my daughter, it's Dell DT6886 i5 7400 HD620. I'm trying to install Sierra 12.6 onto it. I created a Sierra 12.6.03 USB drive and it works well with all other hacks I have. I created a Sierra 12.6.03 USB installer. I couldn't boot into the Sierra 12.6 OS nor the installer. Installer boot, I have KP at the KBLgraphicsFramebuffer. USB Sierra OS, I have the KP at CPU0. I have tried to search for the failures, but not many exist. ltooz_audis Posted July 24, 2017 Share Posted July 24, 2017 Hello MaLdOn, I tried all of those, 2 times I saw the Lilu loaded and I got into the Sierra perfectly and it never happened again using skylark fakeid and injection. Never worked with 59120000. I did you boot flag with -disablegfxfirmware, still same kernel panic. I think unless I have the patch for Lilu KBLGraphicsFramebuffer, it won't load, and if it doesn't load, kp. I'm still not so sure about this. How do you add to custom flag on Clover? I create a 12.3 USB drive and it booted without QE/CI, video mem only shows 7mB. Do you still need FakeCPUID = 0x0506e3 with 0x59128086? Also, I do not have sound even if I included AppleALC.kext in my kexts. I would like to migrate to DSDT but currently I did not manage to achieve boot with graphics. Also, I tried to attach my IOReg, but it is larger than 10 MB, even when compressed. Any idea why?
