Arrived and works OOB  

I have one recommendation, f-panel audio is AFAIk an all mobos right behind the rear ports.
So for someone who likes to hide the cables behind his board there's no way to reach all
connectors. I would seperate just audio from the rest ( talking about the sleeving here ) to
give freedom of choice...

Yes, you can use the cable as it is. It should work on ANY modern motherboard
