XLR
Thanks! And what should i put in the " <string>INSERT GRAPHICS MODE HERE</string> field? I've actually already released this before. And made it universal. Seethis I really can't see anything "universal" in it, it has some unknown DSDT.aml file and it gives kernel panics for most people who use non Gigabyte mobos. kdetech
Chameleon cdboot (boot132) for 10.6 4. DSDT.aml loading didn't work for me. the dvd still boots fine, it just resets my cmos. If this happens, just go last known good and youll be fine. You need to patch dsdt.aml for snow to avoid reset problem!

XLR
Is it worth trying to delete one of those JMicron kexts and see if it works, or it will be a waste of time and i should forget about installing Snow on IDE drive, and get some SATA instead? XLR
delete the injector.where did you get your kexts? Got them from my previous custom Boot-132 CD that i used for installing 10.5.4, it's a messy one and probably has lots of kexts that i don't need. I'm using Asus P5K-E with Intel Q6600 and 2GB DDR2-800: (Intel P35/IHC9R chipset, JMicron JMB363 PATA/SATA controller, Marvell 88E8056 network, AD1988B audio) Trying to install it on IDE drive connected to JMicron, because i have a working 10.5.4 on SATA and i don't want to screw it all up...
