Crazy case! Really nice job on it!

Are you booting off the RAID? Or a better question; Can you boot off the RAID?

With a see-thru case like this, I would spray paint it white. Inside the case, not outside. This will give it a total Apple look. And I would see about arranging those dangling cables inside. Just a few thoughts.

Yeah, that would be killer

Absolutely stunning!! Does RAID 0 work with your mobo (which?), bootable? Congrats anyway, one of the best cases and settings I´ve ever seen!

I use this method sammy

1 Install OS X 10.4.3

2 go to Disk Uttil and set my HDD to use RAID0

3 Install 10.4.5

4 you will get RAID0 On This mobo running OSX 10.4.5

What motherboard are you using?

Has anybody else got RAID working on internal drives?

Is screwing it together really 'hand made' ?

It looks like one of the Beantech clear cases that were all the rage a few years ago. My friend had one and he said it was really annoying to work on or change out hardware.

I like the idea of painting the inside, that would probably be really cool.

on my old mobo RAID0 is 100% working but in new mobo I haven't try it yet

Hello,

i got a question if you don´t care. I also have the asus p5ld2-vm with a intel pentium d930. I am thinking of getting 2 identical sata drives to give raid 0 a shot. I would like to boot from them directly - at this moment i am using 10.4.6 without any troubles, despite the fact that my system doesnt come back from sleep mode.

You mentioned that you have used raid on your old board but haven´t tried on the new asus. Please tell me if it works if you have already tried because i would only get the sata drives if it works.

Thanks in advance
