So I tried again and I got a differnt outcome; it still dosnt work but I selected iatkos v4i, darwin boot loader, kernel 9.4.0, Intel GMA 950(for the mouse fix), NTFS-3G, Intel Pro 100/VE. It Rebooted and gave me a dos screen and it was a bunch of numbers and the letter J at the end. I have no idea what that was but it was something differnt because before I was just getting an "-" or i the error I stated in my previous message. What are people selecting to get it to work?

Intel Core 2 Duo T5750 2.00GHz, 667MHz, 2MB L2 cache

4096MB 667MHz DDR2 SDRAM

250GB 5400rpm Serial ATA hard drive

Intel GM965 chipset

Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3100

I tried with the toh kernel 9.2 and again it didnt work and I got the same error

Hey guys.

I have installed iATKOS' v4i Leopard, with Modbin 9.4 kernel. Everything seems to work, but the OpenGL of my graphics card (NVIDIA 7600GT by ASUS, 10de 0391) and my keyboard/mouse preferences in System Configuration. The latter panel doesn't open, and I don't know why.

The biggest problem is the OpenGL. When I try to play XBench, the OpenGL display just remains black, it doesn't move at all. If I try to start Aperture, it says that my graphics card is not supported, and Toast 9 crashes on Startup.

I have tried with a different kernel, I have tried editing the Info.plist of NATIT, TITAN, etc., substituting the OpenGL.framework with the version of 10.5.3 and 10.5.2, but no results so far.

Does anybody know how to solve this problem??

THanks in advance. I will open a thread dedicated to this topic.

Okay, this is an awesome release, it works nicely on my laptop and PC, though I am having some USB problems. It seems that when I boot into Leopard and plug in a USB Flash Drive it doesn't mount it, though when I plug in the Flash Drive before I boot up, then Leopard mounts it, and I am able to unplug and replug it again without any problems.

I have found a way to make Leopard boot up without having the DVD in the drive. If you make your way to the green demon, you can find an app to Format & Make Bootable HD for Leopard.

I used this to format my HDD and installed it, rebooted, inserted Leopard, and installed. Now it boots without the DVD in the ROM.

I would appreciate any help with my little USB annoyance. Other than that, Leopard works perfectly.

Do you know which kext? I have the same problem, my Nvidia drivers are install but no Quartz :/

Thanks for this Release! For me it works nearly perfect. Very easy to install on my p5b. Full sata support, great! No external disc icons anymore. Time machine support on my internal disks, wich I don´t have with kalyway, where I had to use a patch. My 7300 GT is full supported with Titan kext (I had to remove nvinject manually and install the titan.kext with kexthelper). This happens because I restore my formerly user from a time machine backup, including nvinject.

I still have two problems that I have with every other release (Kalyway, Leo4all) to - shutdown is to slow or power off does´nt work and Soundmax audio still has only sound out, but this are no very big probs.

By the way: The today security update is save to install.

Again: Thanks everybody who´s involved in this release! I will try it on some different hardware.

Maybe I'm just too new at this game, but I haven't found an answer yet..

Have installed iATKOS v4i on my Lenovo T61P, dual booting with the XP I have to deal with for work. Running into the same problem I did with Kalyway: It seems to install just fine, I have the chain0 file and the reference in the boot.ini. I can select and begin the boot to Mac OSX. The first splash screen comes up for a bit then the display goes blank black. No signal is being sent to the external display, either. I've seen the tags for making a display loopback plug, but they've all said that the signal was being seen OK on external display. What am I missing?

Anyone on a T61p have this up? I'm about to try my hand at a first install. Is there some sort of conflict with SMBios and ACPI or something?

Did you have any luck? I'm not doing well with a T61p. Appears to install, then drops off to a black screen during boot.

I just purchased a New Gateway T-6836 and I can't get this to work I've tried EVERYTHING. I get to install and when it reboots it gives me the option to run partition 1 (blank) or partition 2 (iATKOS) and when i try to press enter nothing happens; even if i put -v and then enter or singlemode or anything else; whatever I try goes away and thats it. Here are my specs

I have pretty much the same problem. The bootloader (grub, I suppose) starts OK, it displays the list of available partitions (a slackware, a vista and osx) but when I choose to boot the osx partition, nothing happens.

I saw a few other guys in this thread having the same problem.

It would be really nice if someone could provide an answer on this one.

BTW, my configuration is:

Dell Inspiron 1520,

T7300@2Ghz,

8600m GT/256 Mb,

2Gb RAM @ 667Mhz,

HDD 150gb SATA

Thank you.

A trial install (fresh install) of iATKOS v4i was successful on my Asrock PC. But contrary to the Kalyway 10.5.2 install with the 9.2.2 kernel, sleep doesn't work. Has anyone sleep working with iATKOS v4i? Which kernel? Modifications?

I tried installing this on my AMD desktop with Pacifist from an active partition, but i can't get it to load OS X outside of safe boot.

I used marvin's patcher and the Modbin Kernel.

Any ideas?

It definitely works with a SSE2 only CPU. I successfully installed iATKOS 4i yesterday on my P4 3GHz Nothwood, but I had to use the 9.2.0 ToH kernel.

BTW... could somebody who installed iATKOS 4i please try iCal? It won't even start on my hackint0sh. The error message is something like 'iCal quit unexpected...' and I can choose between 'ignore', 'restart' and 'report'. Just let me know if I should post the error log.

Downloaded and installed on my Dell Inspiron 1720 pc, same problem with 2.0, I can see half of the screen only because the other half (the right one), the screen resolution seems to be twice the selected one on the system preferences

Dell Inspiron 1720

Dual Core 2 Duo

2GB RAM

120 GB HDD

Intel GMA X3100

Can anyone help with this?

Use kalyway 10.5.1 - this one works great with inspirons! (5.2 didin't work for some reason)

Update to 10.5.3 with the combo updater

Get the Dell post install tools for all your sound/network/battery meter

Update to 10.5.4

All sweet.

I have Inspiron 1520

All good here.

Have ordered a broadcom wireless n to get the wireless going.
