We have more than 20 donators, which makes this hard. In order to ensure fairness, we have to do this award in two parts. This part will end on April 7, 2008. The winners from each heat will automatically advance to the final selection round. In addition, those getting the most votes that didn't advance to the final round will advance also. The process will continue until we have 20 choices for the final round.

If things don't change (a lot of people don't have votes at all), just take the ones who have at least one vote and we are done, IMHO
