phor2zero
UltraISO said it's larger than 4GB (it is) so it won't load it up to convert it. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/8518-1044-dmg-to-iso/#findComment-52960 Share on other sites

sigxcpu
it is too big because it is big. you said that you want it converted, not smaller anyway, use NTFS, not FAT32 and you will have more than 4GB files. xiberia
yeah, UltraISO converts it. making it fit onto a regular dvd is a different matter.... one we're going to have to work out if we're ever going to install it (what? buy a dual layer disk?? with money??? nahhhhh.....) cyrana
It is just like $2-$5 for a dual layer disk... I can't be the only person here w/a burner that can do DL. lol. Paralex
get 10.4.3, install that. then burn 10.4.4 on the 10.4.3 OS, you should have enough space. You will need 2 hard drives (such as copy and paste the 10.4.4 dmg to the 10.4.3 OS drive) thats the only way to do it in my head. i dont know how to burn in dmg images in OSX though, but good luck. kikos
i think you can also convert in a os x terminal using this command: hdiutil convert /path/to/filename.dmg -format UDTO -o /path/to/savefile.iso Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/8518-1044-dmg-to-iso/#findComment-55428 Share on other sites
