Synaesthesia
check the wiki out, http://wiki.osx86project.org/wiki/index.ph...4.8#Sound_Cards or search for your cards in insanelymac by googling the terms and writing in the search box "site: insanelymac.com" Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/83315-pci-audio-worthit/#findComment-592191 Share on other sites

tomazzzi
prefer usb or firewire interface for osx86 much more better compatibility though some PCI interface works Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/83315-pci-audio-worthit/#findComment-593450 Share on other sites
Azurael
CT5803. That's a Creative SB128, right? Not a chance in hell. And as for the other one, I've never even heard of it. The likelihood of there being OS X support (when only very, very few PCI audio cards have OS X support, like the Audiophiles) is absolutely nothing. Use AC97/HDA, or a USB/Firewire sound device. inimicus
I have the Sound Blaster Extigy... external USB soundcard. It works in OSx86 (albeit stereo) and even its MIDI works on occasion. So +1 for USB sound devices. Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/83315-pci-audio-worthit/#findComment-595686 Share on other sites
