It doesn't interfere with anything. That stuff is designed with the common user in mind. Microsoft wanted to give them as much power as they can with a simple tool, it's just that simple. I and everyone else use every single feature he pointed out in Explorer on a daily basis. That is not bloat. Bloat is RealPlayer, AIM, or {censored} like search companions.
