Numberzz
So I was playing around on my computer when this happened: How does Leopard know this? Just how much smarter is Leopard? What Apple not tell us?
Yami Bakura
Leopard is psychic.
viniciusc
i think leopard has much more improvement than the apple site can tell us.
rathalos
Leopard is reading ur mind.... and it phones home telling apple's psychics what your habits are... and what you want for 10.6.....
luminousnerd
Hmmm...that's nifty. Doesn't really mesmerize me though...I'm not a coder, but I work with them a lot, and it seems to me like this would be fairly simple to accomplish (especially given Apple's resources). kasper
that already happened in Tiger. Not new...

Adrian Fogge
The new thing is identifying which widget killed your dashboard in the error message. This is all information that was stored in the Console if you ever felt like looking for the root cause of the crash, however this time around Apple is just making it a little easier on the end users by telling you which program it was that caused the screw-up rather than leaving them thinking, "oh, this new OS is unstable and sucks", leaving them to call up support and ask incredibly vague questions in accusatory tones. RandomNinjaAtk
I like all the new additions so far in leopard!
Apophis
Windows XP has done this for years already so I don't know if Leopard is any smarter. It's just pulling from your logs like has been said.
MrDee
Another example of Leopards smartness, you can now do Math equations in Spotlight searches. Amazing!

madhur
Windows XP has done this for years already so I don't know if Leopard is any smarter. It's just pulling from your logs like has been said. there are many running widgets in the app dashboard. APPLE tells you the exact widget which actually crashed, it would be like if you had four different powerpoint windows and xp told you the exact one that crashed...... damn..... I love Leopard..... and hate false assumptions......
foofoorabbit
Where…? His dream. I had a similar dream about XP. In it, XP stopped sucking. Then I woke up.
