yoda75
I don't know of an entire list but there is one app that is incredibly useful for audio. It's called JackOSX and is a port of the Jack Audio Server from Linux. You can route audio between apps and devices.JackOSX is great and is all opensource. www.jackosx.com Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/5912-open-source-os-x-apps/#findComment-60582 Share on other sites

A Nonny Moose
I'm going on the assumption that you're looking for free (beer) apps. Adium--IM tool Opera and XChat Aqua--IRC clients ClamXAV--virus scanning engine Chat ClientX--because I'm {censored} DeLocalizer--to remove language localizations Flip4Mac WMV player--yeah there's a paid version of it, but I only use it to play WMV files, which is free Opera--web browser because Firefox for Mac is hideous HandBrake Lite--DVD to iPod video converter MacTheRipper--DVD ripping Mactracker--info on every Mac Pac the Man X--it's PacMan, come on!!! Poisoned--P2P file sharing ShadowKiller (self explanatory) Skype--VOIP chat TinkerTool--system tweaks VLC Media player Yahoo Widgets--because Dashboard is a RAM piggy Now for my free as in "It came with my Mac" kind of free (excluding the standard apple fare of iLife, etc): AppleWorks--God I still love this app CroMag Rally--Yeah, my Mac is that old, lol Quicken Sound Studio (yeah, I tried Audacity too. Prefer Sound Studio) Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/5912-open-source-os-x-apps/#findComment-63069 Share on other sites
