Wouldn't normally ask, but as we have no idea when 466 will "appear"... My guess is that blue is for the current user's folders, while the manilla ones are used to denote other users on the local/remote machine. I'm personally just glad the pinstripes are gone. It's nice because you can mix them with regular buttons, there is an applescript around that refreshes the Finder window and has a glossy aqua button as the icon.
