iji oh Posted May 12, 2007 Share Posted May 12, 2007 I have a similar issue: "About this Mac" isn't recognizing the full amount of memory in my rig (which is 3.5 gigs). It lists the memory as 2.75 gigs after I recently upgraded from 10.4.7 to .8 (using Egwan method). Oddly, within the "System Profiler" each RAM stick is listed correctly, with it's proper amount... See attached pics. Is this an issue I should worry about? Is there a fix? Is all my RAM really available for use, even so? All else is well with the system.
