quixos
Pu7o, normally i'd agree with you. but unlike the official releasee, blitzny's Macam works. i'd never have found it with without this unfortunate bump. Logitech Quickcam 4000, on 10.4.5, now working for the first time, with blitzny's compiled Macam.

dasepsilon
@quixos: as far as i see it, it does have not soo much to do with macam, but with 10.4.4 itself. at least with my logitech 4000, which didn't operate with 10.4.3 at all (communication error) it did so with 10.4.4 (i just upgraded, didn't changed macam). the only one thing was that the colors were strange, but the people behind macam did fix this very soon, so my cam now works properly so, did you tried the official version lately? quixos
at this time the 0.8.3 Macam available here in this thread works, the official 0.8.4 Macam crashes.
dasepsilon
very strange, since we have the same os 10.4.5, and the same camera.. i remember using the upper driver with 10.4.3 with no success. ps: you did use the latest cvs-build, just to be sure. alc0h0lic
Macam should support the Creative Webcam Pro (says supported on their site). When I launch macam it says that the webcam is connected, but the screen stays black. When I hit the play button, it returns a [uSB communciation error] and still black screen. Similair problem here with a QuickCam Pro 3000. Returns a CPU too busy message when I hit play.
