Interesting side-effect. Without WEG, and using these kexts, display eGPU thunderbolt hotplug works. I can plug in my Radeon RX6950 via thunderbolt on this XPS 9310 (i7-1185g7) and the GPU is automatically detected and display automatically extends. Still without hardware acceleration, but eGPU hotplug never worked on the previous XPS 9300 Ice Lake machine.

i dont have any lilu dump in /var/log. how do I enable lilu logging?

Also you stated to use Lilu release and not debug, even though there are debug flags in the NVRAM boot-args recommended,

So should I rebuild lilu 1.7.3 Debug version so I can get retrieve the logs from /Var/Log or .........

Wait that i prepare the complete non-Tgl infrastructure and i will start to help everybody. Big fixes this night.. but still not complete working.. i didn't reach to sleep. My father died at 23 yesterday night Library is more complete now.

I've installed all the *.bundle files in /L/E as Sequoia doesnt really take kindly to unsealing the root volume. According to NootedGreen's github /L/E is fine as that's where the code searches for the bundles anyway?

The nootedgreen code will search there, however the OS will not accept loading it from /L/E

Also you need to have DisplayMergeNub.kext in EFI/OC/Kexts. It makes your laptop screen appear as an internal display, just used fixmyEDID to generate, but you will need an EDID.bin file, get a fresh one from Ubuntu Linux, it could be the live version of Ubuntu, no need to install, the Display class is AppleDisplay, the merged class is AppleBacklightDisplay.

Will need your guidance as how to best place the bundle files in /S/L/E. I use OCLP on other machines which unseals root volume so I guess it's a similar process.

I'll generate an EDID bin in the meantime.

* GPU started to schedule events

- TGL of folder LE in jalavoui post + bundles of folder SLE in jalavoui post all togheter in L/E
- ICL use the sonoma provided by system in SLE

NootedGreen.kext is on air! It's a long long road to complete..
