ESP Mounter tested with macOS Sequoia 15.6, working perfectly

Thanks a lot for your feedback.

To all:

The v1.0 is about to be published with new cool features, it's on the last test stages so I'll upload it to the server and you can use the existing app to update and test the v1.0 and if everything is fine that's going to be the official version of the app.

@eSaF

Thank you very much for your positive feedback. I just thought what I need in an EFI/ESP mounter app for me to do, so I can easily manage EFI partitions and disk on my Hack, and I added these features to make my life (and hopefully others) a bit easier.

But eventually I'm planning to build an Operating System around this little ESP Mounter app :hysterical:

I also noticed that if I try to open 2 EFI partitions using the mounter that it just duplicates the first EFI opened and although it shows the second one is mounted it does not open that EFI partition. The CT2000 drive that also shows mounted below actually does not have any EFI folder in it but according to mounter it is 1 of the folders showing on the desktop. The 2 EFI folders showing opened on the desktop is from the Samsung 4TB 9100.

Based on the menu i think you are using an older version of the app, use the update function in settings and update the app or download the latest version from the link added to the first post and check again.

Hi @Cyberdevs I know I might be asking for too much but is it possible to pull the drive names that we have labelled it as instead of the default "Samsung 2TB" I have 2 x Samsung 2TB of which 1 is windows. Nothing serious if can't be done.

I will look into it and add this info in the next version if I can mange to pull the volume names, might be a bit tricky though.

Bro, sorry if I misunderstood your post but what you described is not happening on my machine.

As you can see from the pic attached, I have 3 versions of macOS with just one EFI (on the Tahoe Drive) that boots the 3 and I have no duplication when all 3 EFI Partitions are mounted.

Only the Tahoe EFI Folder is shown which is correct, the other 2 are shown as empty.

Are you sure there is only one EFI Folder on your Boot Drive and not another one on another drive somewhere that is showing up?

Check again Bro just to make sure.

Cheers.

I wonder why Mone duplicates the first EFI mounted then. Maybe I will try to re-install it

Thanks, the update did it. This was a Sequoia drive and I was sure I copied the updated version in there but seems that I did not. Updated to V1.0 and each EFI opens properly now.
