Try this: EFI

Young @Mirone
Good morning. SUCCESS!.
With the EFI that @eSaF (tks) shared, I had installed macOS Tahoe, but after installing it, it stopped a little before the settings/welcome screen.
With the EFI that you shared, I entered the installed macOS Tahoe and completed the installation successfully.
After everything, the only change I made was to change from iMac20,2 to MacPro7,1. For testing purposes only.
I'm just wondering that curiously:
After installing, I went to test your EFI to see if it would start Install macOS Beta. And curiously, it froze. And, even stranger, I tested it with the EFI of @eSaF that I had used before and the EFI also froze.

Obs.: Sorry I didn't answer yesterday. When I finished the tests I was very sleepy and went to sleep.

Are you his advocate? Looks like a photo....

And yes it's a photo... No Screen Capture (Goes black screen)...

And try to put Automatic Login with your user to find out if your RX 580X is working or not..

Run a test: replace your Lilu.kext with the attached one and try to launch the installer, please.Lilu.kext.zip

They work at Apple too 😃

I think everyone needs to be patient. In a few days a new build will be published and hopefully it will solve the problems with the installation of the system, with Polaris, etc.

Hi Verdazil, I do not work in Apple, this is for sure... But trying something in /S/L/E to exchange some kext's do the trick with Radeon 560/570/580/590. For now, I guess that is a partialy solution for the issue of Black Screen Loop.

First of all put in Automatic Login with your user... This made my Hackintosh boots up in macOS Tahoe.

Does anyone here know how to get the integrated i226v Ethernet working on Asus ROG x870 motherboards?

I've done a ton of testing, and it's impossible.

It only works well with a 100Mbps connection. If you exceed that speed, the card crashes...😩

Eish, it seams like Teaho has messed up with my Hackintosh T2 chip 🤣, cause I can only hear music playback during song preview and not when playing the song 😭. I hope beta 2 will resolve this issue or else 😭😭😭

Clarification, that is in Apple Music

Have you tried enabling vtd in BIOS, dropping DMAR table in EFI/OC/ACPI  / activating disableiomapper in config file kernel quirks?

¿Ha intentado habilitar vtd en BIOS, eliminar la tabla DMAR en EFI/OC/ACPI / activar disablediomapper en el archivo de configuración peculiaridades del kernel?

Marcar esa casilla también funcionó para mí.

It's an AMD board, AM5, there is no VT-d, that's only for Intel 😅... and the other OC options do nothing 🤷‍♂️

@robi62

Restored the default one and tried LauncnpadSaver
I think they are and do the same thing, only difference that this one offers you a menu with interface to apply it run it

Maybe better because it allows you to save / restore the layout

Spoiler

Ah ok. I’m replying in mobile Safari so I don’t know if your signature includes your build. Then I hope the AMD board experts would find a solution soon.

About the internet connection. It works well, but when the system is put to sleep and returns, I have instability of data traffic over the network/internet. Apple Store doesn't load properly, and so does the Apple TV app. I know that the first beta and still this network kext is not 100% compatible with Tahoe. Let's see if the second beta is resolved. And Apple's list of known problems.

sudo ifconfig en0 down
sudo ifconfig en0 up

You can make a script.

Good morning... I hope you can do the RX 580 that you had working. I had an easy solution, just rename to AMD Radeon RX 570x in model (STRING), no more changes is needed. Put your system in Automatic Login, In this way you don't need to unplug every login the cable from Radeon RX 570/580. I hope this works.

@fernando.c.neves, the string parameter in this config section has a purely informational (functionally cosmetic) role.

image.thumb.jpeg.e0edf97f0f5545e51f38890f56d95d79.jpeg

I had this model string Original from OpenCore Configurator (1.0.5) with this string Ellesmere [Radeon RX 470/480/570/570X/580/580X/590], after change this to AMD Radeon RX 570x it worked like a charm, but the system shows up as AMD Radeon 570 (not the X version). The other values does not make a difference in my Hack turns on with video acceleration or not.

Did you know why this cosmetic made my system to boot up?

You can easily check if this is true. Write in this line GeForce RTX 5090 to make sure that this does not affect the system boot or the operation of the video card.
