My screen is a Samsung 49 inch curved screen using DP cable. I even re-installed Ventura 13.3 and it does not give me the options for display like I posted above from 13.2 Below is the only display options I have in 13.3. Any ideas how to fix this?

I don't know man, funny it was ok until this update, maybe wait until next one and see if any change comes about, funny though how it changed with a re-install. Have you got a previous config.plist from the previous so that you can do a comparison to make sure nothing nefarious has attached it self to the display settings to change the outcome?

I am using the same config 0.9.0 that is use with Monterey and Ventura 13.2 and 13.3a. Surprising thing is that with an HDMI cable I get resolution 5120x1440 on 13.3 but no sound and with display cable I get sound but the resolutions above.

Did you guys noticed there was another minor update to Ventura? I turned my machine on this morning and a message popped up about a 'Rapid Response Security Feature to Safari' (or something like that) and the release number has changed.

I got that too dude

Installation files have been downloaded, the system has restarted, the installation has started from the virtual drive, the installation of the files has been completed and the system has restarted. However, during the opening of the system from the main driver the computer restarts several times, Ventura comes to the very first installation screen. Therefore, I could not complete the installation. Anyone have any idea?

My system,

Asus K555UQ Laptop,

I had trouble with this update. I started the update from the test SSD I always used, it was going smoothly as usual until the last restart time. After this point, the system did not open in any way, a few lines came out of the opencore texts on the screen and the system restarted itself and turned on the recovery driver. I made a few setting changes from the Config file, but I did not reach a futile result.

So I installed Ventura version 13.2 from scratch on the same SSD with the same EFI and config file, and reinstalled the Ventura 13.3 Beta 2 and the process was completed with a smooth update.

As a result, I had a problem that I couldn't understand. Hackintosh that we don't know when we're going to encounter, do we?

What screen do you use?
a rare pixel ratio, 4096x2304...

I use a combination of SwitchResX app (red arrow) to enable all possible resolutions and HIDPI script to get a default 2048x1152 HDPI screen resolution generated with EDID (check screenshot-option 2). I got the EDID using AWEDIDEditor in windows -my screen is an old 27" HPes monitor-i don't use the 4096x2304 pixel ratio

Anyone on a laptop, 9th gen, UHD630 having problem with black screen with Ventura Beta 13.3 (22E5236f)? Previously working prior to update.

Just to add to this the black screen occurs when the “second stage” should occur and it stays black for quite some time then it works.
