Whatevergreen makes not bootable after update, instant reboot after finishing boot.

anyone has the same issue? or i am not up to date in case this issue already surfaced.

EDIT: turns out it caused by CFG_PTPL2_TBL, removed, and it booted again

anyone can test Universal Control with an intel wifi?

edit: nvm, it doesn't work with Intel wifi

Universal Control, Airdrop, and Sidecar all rely on AWDL, which is sort of like Wi-Fi direct. Itlwm does not support AWDL, so features reliant on it will not work.

I could not have said that better 🙂

can't use the system all the time I got crash after login

If you think it is related to I225 then I can suggest you to fake the device to something unreal for the kext will not load.

I can show you how to do this with Clover if you want.

I will disable the ethernet via bios and I will check

here is crash report

apparently for that ethernet kernel panic issue above you need to change the "dk.e1000=0" boot arg to "e1000=0"

I tried already.  no KP but I225 is still with " self-assigned IP address and will not be able to connect to the Internet"

Obviously with Preference network reset, etc...

Still need to run few more tests with other options associated with e1000=0

@Derty

Do you have this RX 6600 XT in the Z490 motherboard?  I say because I don't see it in the signature.

yes, I hadn't updated the signature... already...

I have three GA Z490 UD two with 10700, one with 10500, one with RX580, one with RX6600XT, and one with RX5500XT
