kushwavez Posted October 16, 2020 Share Posted October 16, 2020 (edited) If you're on iGPU and having problems with VP9 4K or other YouTube video loading, tick "VP9 decoder" and "VP9 SW decoder on battery" under Safari > Develop > Experimental Features. After that I could watch 4k videos on YouTube, also the quality has significantly improved, even the 1080p. Just made sure that I checked the quirks recommended in Dortania for Hasswell, setting up the device properties for wifi card (Broadcom combo card 4331) in config plist file and uploading the Kexts (compiled latest kext build) and drivers required in my case. After updating to beta 10, I checked if clover boots Big Sur and it did not work. I tried with clover v5123 and 5125 and none of them worked. It was working with beta 9. If yes, could you advise of any changes to be done in clover 5125 in order to boot beta 10? I did all this but I’m not able to boot beta 10 under clover (neither clover 5123 nor 5125), getting memory panic). Under beta 9, clover 5123 was booting well.
