Anto65
@turko35408 I'll answer you here What did you not understand ? How to download it? You have to log in with your email and then it has to be compiled out or use OC Build Wizard https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/files/file/1057-oc-build-wizard/ ( build Btwise ) ( Tried it a few days ago with the app and it compiled version 0.9.7 !!! ... while from the official source it is 1.0.0 ) Edited March 25, 2024 by Antonuccio 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/341402-customized-opencore-with-additional-features/page/54/#findComment-2818536 Share on other sites

btwise
For the OpenCore MOD(NO ACPI) version, I have been constantly updating it. The latest version contains the following features: 1. rewrite the BuiltinText UI and use the traditional line centering style. 2. The GUI interface supports rendering Chinese fonts, and can also help users customize other languages and characters. 3. For frequently debugging configuration files or releasing multi-hardware support versions, scan whether there are multiple valid plist files in the /EFI/OC path before booting and loading config.plist If there are and available, multiple configuration file selectors will appear. 4.The function keys F1, F2 and F3 are given three functions (displayed in Chinese) to view version information, hardware information and startup parameters. Or USB EFI with all the config.plists to test. Yes, @btwise can you be so kind as to work in the Clover feature of at boot screen choose any config.plist? This may be done I think with Tools on the boot screen toggle Can someone write a .efi to do this? That would rock! Peace Out Scan multiple existing configuration files before loading config.plist, and select one of them to start, which has been realized! 2 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/341402-customized-opencore-with-additional-features/page/54/#findComment-2847247 Share on other sites

Well done! A feature that I wish would have been included with the original Open Core. Matgen84
Hi @btwise Thanks a lot for the new release, great features and great job. I use the GUI Interface. At each boot, OC Config is showing up to select one of my two config.plist. Please. Instead of this process, Is it possible to have a hotkey on GUI interface to select the plist file. If not press the hotkey, OC-Mod I using the default config.plist. At this point, the configuration file has already been loaded. According to the logic of OpenCore, the configuration file cannot be reloaded at this time. However, the "OC Config" selection menu I added appears before the configuration file is loaded. If you don't want to display this interface, just keep the default single config.plist file in EFI/OC. 2 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/341402-customized-opencore-with-additional-features/page/54/#findComment-2847368 Share on other sites

Thanks for these technical explanation. The logic of Opencore seems to be different than Clover. With Clover, users can change to another config file through the GUI Interface. That's why I thought that it can be the same with Opencore-Mod 😊 1 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/341402-customized-opencore-with-additional-features/page/54/#findComment-2847369 Share on other sites
