already notice issue here the Keyboard stop working after typing CAP LOCKS

Until now, for any MacOS, I did not need to install Logitech options?
For the first time, at Catalina 10.15.4, it happened that my keyboard did not work and my mouse works fine. Caps Lock does not work, but I need to use Shift for capital letters.

When I press Caps Lock, the entire keyboard is blocked. Then I need to remove the dongl from the USB and reinstall it to start the keyboard.

I do not know if there is a keyboard driver missing?
If you can help me solve this problem please.

Logitech options is software that allows you to fine tune your keyboard, eg assign a function to keys f1-f12. It also allows me to assign functions to my mouse like inverted scroll

You might have saved time by describing this problem to begin with. Furthermore Logitech options is not mandatory but would've helped me if you had no connect as implied by your first post. As for the caps lock issue, search the Logitech website for a driver/software. You haven't specified model and options may not work with your keyboard.

Of course I will share...I'm at work now probably not able to do so for 4 hours. It is standard from Logitech. You will need to take care of gatekeeper, sip and give options full disk access. Please be patience as I am not with my computer

I'm updating my mac mini to beta 4, I wonder if the issue is there too.

I've tried rolling back the frameworks under /System/DriverKit but that did not work; none of my USB devices were functional after doing so :rofl:

I also try Rollback USB kext and that's not help 

I reinstall again :lol:
