For the first time, at Catalina 10.15.4, it happened that my keyboard did not work and my mouse works fine. Caps Lock does not work, but I need to use Shift for capital letters. Furthermore Logitech options is not mandatory but would've helped me if you had no connect as implied by your first post. As for the caps lock issue, search the Logitech website for a driver/software. You haven't specified model and options may not work with your keyboard.
