pmset let us to change only 3 modes, so we can't set other modes

hibernatemode

The only supported modes are  0, 3, or 25.

Yeah. In 10.10, checked out the manual for pmset apple says

We do not recommend modifying hibernation settings. Any changes you make are not supported. If you

choose to do so anyway, we recommend using one of these three settings. For your sake and mine, please

     don't use anything other 0, 3, or 25.

Do you also see the restart menu in a lady color?

Would it be the result of transparency?

Don't forget to copy BaseSystem.dmg and BaseSystem.chunklist, which are hidden inside InstallESD.dmg.

Hmm.  That's how I solved it when I got that error with Yosemite...

The SMBIOS shouldn't make a difference during actual installation.

Are you using Chameleon to boot this, because that's the only reason I'd move the kernel to the root.  Haven't used Chameleon in forever...

Hi,

I have installed El Captain on external guid Ssd.

All ok , i have prepared an USB pen with Clover, i patched osinstall.mpkg by myself to remove memory limitation and compatibility check.

Now i would like to install it on my internal hdd whit legacy mbr patition for multi booting with Windows xp, windows7, lion 10.7, mlion 10.8, Mavericks 10.9, yosemite 10.10.

Yes , i like to experiment !!

But i'm stuck because no mbr option,

so I need to patch osinstaller to enable mbr installation.

Did someone have already patched osinstaller for el Capitan developer beta1 mbr option , or can explain how to do ??

Thanxs
