I'm guessing you've talked to this girl before and are more-or-less cool with her friendship wise, right? If so then just sit down with her friends and have a conversation. Be interesting, be funny (but not too funny cause funny doesn't always get you some), you want her friends to like you. If a girl's friends sign off on you, your in. Simple as that. Middle school girls are different than senior girls (high school, not old ladies lol) so I can't really do much more than just tell you the real basics. A teacher can only go so far.
