LaminarFlow
The swapping keys is a great tip, but what exactly does the fn=3 setting do for cooling? Does it speed up the fan speed all the time? And some people might want to check out SafariSpeed that has several tweaks for Safari, including eliminating the page load delay, disabling cache, and disabling favicons. IDK about version 1.3, but I've gotten my hands on a 2.0 beta and it works perfectly for me. sportman
Finder Plugin Test Zip ARCHIVES - test_archive.workflow.zip Enjoy!! Use: finder plugin to test archives - once installed simple control click on the archie and should be under automater options. Hey guys just been screwing around while under 14.4k lol. I found an interesting tut about making an automater script so you can control click and then verify archives. I put it together and uploading it using my 14.4k modem. do me a favor and use it otherwise i just wasted like 2 minutes uploading this 2kb file lol. Thanks --- sportman. bryan Rowe
I am still curious what the fn=3 setting does, as it has not been described anywhere I have looked. Does it guarantee a performance boost as well? Takuro
None of these did anything for me either. I tried the tweaks that add trash to desktop and make hidden apps translucent. Even after a reboot, nothing happened... Is there an extra step involved for these to take effect?
