Dellius
How do you feel about the new version of Firefox ? I like the direction they are going, however I am overall disappointed. I find the skin much more user friendly than the skin of Firefox 2, and still it is closer to Windows Vista than it is to Macintosh. Internet Explorer meets iTunes. Gives me the feeling Firefox is suffering an identity crisis. Popup blocker which is as annoying as the popups it blocks is the other thing which ruined my experience. Why a browser needs to boast so much about every popup it blocks. Little control over the way the browser handles cookies and JavaScript is the other thing I am disappointed about. Even Internet Explorer has the option to block third party cookies. Share your opinions.

vaporATX
Same here. I find the default skin to be very mac-like... finally! Speed is nice also.
Schweppes
Its faster than version 2, but WebKit is much more faster than Firefox 3.

CaptainNemo
First Firefox I really enjoy on my Mac(s). For those who don't like the theme, get GrApple from here: http://www.takebacktheweb.org/ I just love it! It's damn fast :glare: Ok - a con: AdBlock Plus won't work yet.. U.C.
Adblock Plus works very well infact. Been using the FF3 RC3 with it since a week.

Embio
I've noticed a bug when switching tabs with the keyboard, sometimes it wont allow it. I don't like the lack of cocoa integration, but I can get over it because... well.... its a decent Firefox release for Mac OS X (finally)
m82a1
its pretty good, on xp, i have to get my hackint0sh back up
Headrush69
Much nicer than V2 and on Windows I would use it, but nothing to make me change from Safari on OS X. Firefox extensions are great, but I find with many of the cool widgets, utilities and features of OS X apps, their importance isn't as great as it is on other OSes. vaporATX
The only thing keeping me from using Safari all the time is I can't get all my greasemonkey scripts to run under greasekit, and I basically can't live without TabMix Plus. Also, I find Safari's performances suffers a bit when I have like 20+ tabs open, and it seems to become unstable when coming out of sleep with lots of tabs open (like 1 out of 10 times). In general it just doesn't feel as solid. That may just be on my highly overclocked machine because I don't notice many stability problems on my MBP. I'd cut it more of a break if all my other software didn't run just fine on this beast.
MacUser2525
Even Internet Explorer has the option to block third party cookies. Uncheck the Accept option in the Privacy tab of the Preferences pane...
