Hi all!

I have HD 3870x2, 1gb video, MB Gigabyte p35 Dq6, Leopard 10.5.6.

Drivers from netka, from this topik not work. I can see black, white, grey (some times black with white pixels) screen and no more (( Im test everything, what i find.. Have i any chance with this video? :o

Fantastic! I swich off my network adapter in bios, and i can see my 1680x1050 resolution and others!

4All, who have MB gigabyte p35-dq6 p35-ds3 and other gigabyte users, who have same trouble with ATI video cards (maybe not only ati). Swich off your :censored2: "Realtek RTL8168/8111" built in network adapter first. And test NETIT without it.

Thanks 2 netkas.org for this trouble.

No Luck with this config:

MoBo: Asus A8V Deluxe WiFi (AGP)

CPU: AMD Athlon 3700+ (SSE3)

RAM: 2048MB

GPU: ATI Radeon HD3650 512mb (AGP) (VGA + DVI)

Monitors:

Distro: iDeneb 1.4 10.5.6

Driver: HD3650AGP from first Post, AGPGart 2.7.1 from the forum here

Problem: with -v I see that the Card isn't recognized properly (Unknown ATI), but that's also shown when I remove Natit... And then the Screen get's black, with a one-pixel-width blue line on the left corner.By trying to boot it up normal, after the Apple-Logo on the grey screen with the spinning circle below, the screen simply turns completely grey. Anyone got an idea? =(

Btw:

I installed iDeneb without AGPGart from the DVD and without the graphic-drivers. Then I removed all ATI* and Natit from S/L/E. Then I installed the Pkg with Pacifist, fixed the permissions and rebooted crossing my fingers.

Hi,

I got a Dell XPS 1640.

Got 10.5.5 Kalway

Wanted to see if anyone had any luck for the video drivers with ATi HD 3670

PCi ID 9593

I tried the driver pkg from netkas with naitit. Replaced PCi id but it gave me a blue screen and nothing else.

Any help is appreciated.

I installed iDeneb without AGPGart from the DVD and without the graphic-drivers. Then I removed all ATI* and Natit from S/L/E. Then I installed the Pkg with Pacifist, fixed the permissions and rebooted crossing my fingers.

I now upgraded successfully to 10.5.7 and reinstalled just the Voodoo Kernel, same problems...

Without the ATI-kext's but with Natit or the other way round (without Natit, but the ATI-kext's): System Profiler and Verbose mode show that the card can't be recognized. AGPGart 2.7.1 is installed. The file permissions are set right, I'll do this via "diskutil repairpermissions /" in sudo'd terminal after every change I make...

So now I'm running an iDeneb 10.5.7 AMD Voodoo 9.5.0, everything except Radeon HD 3650 AGP 512mb (id: 9596) working... Any Ideas? Need that machine to work like it did on 10.5.4 (for which I can't get the driver's anymore...)

Update: I tried it the "netkas"-way... I took the original ATI-Kexts from 10.5.7 and just used his patched Natit.kext from netkas.org. The Result: I'm stuck on a blue-screen (640x480 on VGA-Port - 1024x768 on DVI with DVI-to-VGA-Adaptor) without any mouse cursor. Never mind what "Graphics Mode" I set, it's always stuck on 640x480 (on VGA-Port - 1024x768 on DVI with DVI-to-VGA-Adaptor). Definitely the best result I got the last week trying to get my card running on iDeneb 10.5.6 / 10.5.7. Anyone got an Idea? =/

Update 2:

I tried it three times: VGA only, DVI (with DVI-to-VGA) only and VGA + DVI together... DVI is stuck on 1024x768 and VGA is stuck on 800x600... =(

Update 3:

After talking to netkas who said that it's not a matter of Natit.kext but a matter of "[20:55] netkas_: X2000.kext and atindrv", I tried to give his Natit.kext another chance and used the 3650 AGP-Installer-Package from the first poste. Same result. =(

Hi I have ATI Radeon 3650 AGP card and it's working fine with QE/CI but I have a small problem. QuatzGL applications (eg. System Preferences) freeze my system for a moment and then everything works well. Anyone who has the same card got the same problem?

My specs:

AMD Sempron 2800+

Asus K8N

Sapphire Radeon 3650 AGP DDR2

iDeneb 10.5.5 but I upgraded to 10.5.7. I used the ATI Radeon HD 3650 AGP - 10.5.x installer, because the first post's installer doesn't work for me. It's hard to write down what happends but I try it now. So I open system preferences and click on Dock for example. Then my mouse will freeze and if I listening to music it will be discursive for some seconds. Than it works fine until I click on back button on System Preferences. And it happens with every App which using QuartzGL.
