Will this driver set, specifically the sound driver work for DS3L chipset?

It works on the DS3L with the exception of the audio driver. Uncheck the sound driver, but other than that everything works.

I installed it on DS3L only the bios and SATA kext...basically the default install and My MAC OSX doesn't boot anymore...just a word of caution for other people who are going to try this. Seems just like many other program that work great for DS3R but not for DS3L. I wish I had spent the extra $30 for DS3R.

Try switching your SATA to native IDE mode.

i've installed the sata patch and smbus by accedent on my p31 motherboard and i get still waiting for boot device and now i cant boot into system, please tell me what to do to fix that!

I installed the sound driver, but I don't seem to have working OpenAL (and can't find any volume controls for rear speakers).

Should OpenAL be working?
