Whats the best Live DVD option now?
Something that also has Rescue / System Utilities etc would be great.

Easy method:
Use a Lion UNTOUCHED InstallESD.dmg and restore it to usb and make it bootable.
Harder method:
Tailor it (InstallESD) to your needs, apps etc and restore etc.
