I want to improve all functions before :

Next version will be 0.2.0 and will include :

-AMI BIOS support

-NVCAP (Dual-DVI,DVI+VGA,TV-OUT) selecter

-ATI cards support

-MUTE fix

-Autofix warnings and errors

-Maybe partial HDEF patch (no need for HDAEnabler.kext)

-And bugfixes if you report bugs for 0.1.8

Until this is not finished, no new release.

0.2.1 will include sound patcher

It's an AMI BIOS, but I patched it with the 0.2 Beta patcher.

Try this, this is your BIOS, patched for HPET, RTC and with GFX included.

Delete EFI strings first if you have.

Please report if working since I don't have any mainboard with AMI BIOS.

Hoooo!! thank you thank you very much for your quick help, now I'm in my work but when it comes to my house proved! thank you very much. ;)

Hi~

My BIOS file is ".bin" and patcher can't get it through.

cbrom.exe V1.82 [04/11/07] ©Phoenix Technologies 2001-2007

[ACPI] ROM is extracted to acpi.xtr

Intel ACPI Component Architecture

AML Disassembler version 20081204 [Dec 4 2008]

Copyright © 2000 - 2008 Intel Corporation

Supports ACPI Specification Revision 3.0a

TableHeader length [0x43495041] greater than the input file size [0xA34A]

Could not get table from the file

Is there workaround?

Thanks

I haven't had a chance to use your app yet, but it looks incredible. Great work, sir! Thanks for helping out the community!

Just tested the last 0.1.8 version. It has the same bug when tried to patch an existing .aml file (the file gets deleted and then theres an error saying that the file cannot be found). Im looking foward to your next update! Thanx!

Hey koalala,

I had great success patching an untouched dsdt.aml I had. The patcher added proper graphics and lan (tm fix) as well as the other various fixes. Thank you very much and I look forward to the updates you'll be adding to your application. Also a shout out to my boy, roisoft. :)

Hi koalala

Assignment fix's interests: local0 fix, WAK fix ?

thanks

I don't really understand your question.

Fixes are useful to correct compilation errors and warnings since original BIOS aren't perfect.

If you don't have error or warning concerning those things, don't use those fix.

I see is working for some other people too, so I think it must be something Im doing wrong. I used the windows uninstaller (from the control panel) to trash the old app. then I installed the new version. Same thing.... Is there any special uninstalling procedure? Im using XPpro sp3
