ipod is being improved - 60% brighter screen, longer video playback...

 

does this mean still no 'true' video ipod?

 

EDIT: $249 and $349 with 60Gb and 80Gb respectively.

 

EDIT: nano is now aluminium and coloured :D

i dont think so - 60Gb and 80Gb ipod, 60% brighter screen, longer battery

 

no mention of it bieng widescreen

 

nano colours: green, silver, black, blue, pink - 24 hour battery life :D

 

nano firmware now same as big ipod

So the new iPods have just gone to 60 and 80 gigs correct? what about the nanos any news on storage im watching the mac rumours feed.

(pssst offtopic.. but Linux on the iPod has had games for a while.. I run iBoy and Doom on my 4G Photo. Plus adds video playback... just a tip)

 

I want a silver iPod nano with 24 hour battery life. I'm drooling on my keyboard now.

 

double capacity at each nano price break.. so 2Gb is now the 149 model!

3 nano models - with double the storage capactiy:

 

2Gb - $149 silver only

 

4Gb - $199 all colours but black

 

8Gb - $249 in all colours

No wide screen and no wireless what so ever. Still not the true video ipod :D

i saw my first nano last week - its tiny as it is. i cant beleive the new one is 52% smaller... thats insane

I wonder what the "one more thing" will be - perhaps he will introduce the movie store and say oh but ul want something to watch this on and then introduce the proper video iPod
