Stop using AJAX for the submission form. I just lost about 20 minutes worth of instructions because I wanted to open up another tab to find the URL of a forum thread. And I'm not retyping the whole thing. Well not tonight anyway.

hopefully, as the database gets filled-up, necessary extra kexts would be attached to each item as downloadables.

@MACinized - good idea - we're considering implementing a file upload feature - at the very least you could link to where the kext is available from

@marcushe - we're working hard and fast to deliver the component report pages with everyone's submissions - check back regularly, we'll be making it live soon

Hello,

as most PC boards do not have a Firewire 800 port and people on several sites keep complaining that H4ck1nt0sh's do not support FW800 i would like to add my DeLock PCIe Firewire 800 PCIe Card to the Hardware Database as a working device, but the manufacturer "DeLock" is not listet. Could you please add it?

Thanks

Did it get filled up or what?

It never accepts my submissions. And I have some things to add that aren't on there already.

Excellent idea! Thanks so much for this site. I wouldn't even own

a hackintosh if it weren't for this place. :-)

Hope my motherboard submission helps some folks out there.
