Recently on Apple's Australian website, there was a page that mentioned that Saturday, October 20th as the official launch date of Leopard. The page read:
Due to an Apple embargo, we are unable to sell Leopard until 7pm EST Saturday 20th October, the official worldwide Leopard launch.
Saturday doesn't seem very Apple, but it is nothing that a bunch of Apple fanboys won't be able to handle. But, this doesn't seem correct. In sunny California it is the 14th, a mere 6 days away from the "official launch date" of Leopard. Can Apple really do this? They will have to break the laws of physics, but I think they can.
