iPhone now has 3rd Party Apps

iPhone hacker (and InsanelyMac Member) asap18 has ported several applications to the iPhone and gotten them to appear on the home screen. For now, only 15 applications can be added this way, for the last spot seems to be used for iTunes. The applications have been tested and are working as they did in 1.0.2

Yup. 1.1.1's been jailbroken. And that's both for the iPod touch and the iPhone, so hang in there ppl! One or two more days...

Woohooooo, The iPhone 1.1.1 update is just what the iPod Touch needed because before the update there was not so much motivation to get the Touch hacked but now that the iPhone had been updated it finally gave the momentum it needed to be jailbroken.
