soapdodger
I used the 200mb rip instead of the full installer, worked fine on jas 10.4.8 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/65134-installing-logic-studio-8-on-1048/#findComment-461382 Share on other sites

XeroGlitch
I dont have the dvd version yet, but i have the 200mb ripped version on 10.4.8 and it works sweet. Actually i had a problem with the synth sculpture, it was eating up cpu and ram, i figured out to disable rosetta for opening Logic 8. Now it's running so smooth. XeroGlitch
Ok confirmed for me. I had it running with the "LogicStudioContent DVDone." version, it's split into 2 parts of the 7gb size. I didn't spend enough time to figure out how to bypass the Logic Studio full 7gb disk. Now i went 10.4.10 Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/65134-installing-logic-studio-8-on-1048/#findComment-471400 Share on other sites
syfenx
will the pacifist method also work with 10.4.6? Link to comment https://www.insanelymac.com/forum/topic/65134-installing-logic-studio-8-on-1048/#findComment-480665 Share on other sites
