Guest Ramm
New Leopard build? Since when is there going to be a new Leopard build? I though 9A466 was the last until the release. MacVertigo
I heard there was going to be a release in early july to fix the bugs in the 9A466 build. Then there is going to be one more after that before the RTM. "MacScoop has apparently nabbed themselves the internal development roadmap for Apple's OS X Leopard release. If true, developers can expect a bug fix seed before "early July" with a major build hitting in August. In fact, the August release is said to include some minor features, tweaks, and user interface polishing. The final candidate would then pop in early September allowing 4 to 6 weeks of testing before Apple goes gold for a late October release. Pretty ordinary release cycle stuff actually, but at least now your can time your torrent downloads more effectively." Guest Ramm
Yeah... that sounded stupid. I meant it was going to be the last released one... just so they could collect the bugs and then fix them. turpentine
well the macscoop thing is speculation based on a logical development cycle. 9a466 could be the last public build, or it might not be. We don't know. If a new one comes out, cool, if not, fine. ukp
They used to release new builds the thirst thursday of the month, IIRC Apple have released new seeds on many different days and times of a month. Leopard has had no constant pattern to releases so far. I've just gotten used to typing everything in a text editor first then copy/pasting it into the window in firefox... sucks... but thats what happens using beta software. iLux
Apple have released new seeds on many different days and times of a month. Leopard has had no constant pattern to releases so far. This was mainly a legend : it has only been true during the begining of Leopard beta process.
