I'm sorry to say this is impossible. The link leads to a reference movie, in which is a RTSP stream (Real Time Streaming Protocol). RTSP streams are notoriously difficult to save, because you cannot access the orginal file. You must literally capture the stream at no more than 1x (so it will take 1h30m). That means that if the connection drops out, or the audio goes out of sync at 1h, you will have to start over. I've tried everything, VLC/Mplayer and more, but it seems to only way to really get it to work is by using screen capture. Anyone who is hosting the torrent is going to get shut down, and fast. I'm sure Apple has a staff of people trolling the same way we are. Looking for the torrent, or it being shared some where. I'm sure they are reading these posts from all of us. They are going to do what ever they can to keep this under wraps. So the pink pig is going to be where its at. And I sure as hell am not going to suck some one off for a invite. Well.. if someone has a private FTP or something, let me know. Or if they want to burn me a DVD and mail it to me. What ever.. I'd love to have it. But I don't want anyone getting into trouble for putting it online. I don't quite get why they didn't make this a public beta that just expires this fall when the real one comes out.
