XianLi over at hackint0sh.org has posted a way to allow apple + tab in appleTV to access itunes so you can sync your music to appleTV! All it does is change the application focus, Front Row is still what is displayed on the main screen. I suppose there are still some things you could do with it though... (iMac 24") But if the ALT-TAB-Hack was done correctly you should definitely see the program-switcher, also without changing screen resolution.
