anyone got the alt+tab to work? Does it only work with 2 monitors?

marenta

It works, but its only really useful if you have two monitors. All it does is change the application focus, Front Row is still what is displayed on the main screen. I suppose there are still some things you could do with it though...

Ok, sorry, no further ideas, worked fine for me... (iMac 24")

But if the ALT-TAB-Hack was done correctly you should definitely see the program-switcher, also without changing screen resolution.

Here's the answer to everyone's problems. Found it in another thread and fixed it up so it looks a little nicer, just extract this and drop it in your Front Row(or whatever you named it)/Contents/PlugIns folder.

just added it. that is so slick! :(

...now if i could only figure out why my sleep, restart, shut down, log out options dont work after i exit the app? any thoughts?

also with fast user switching active, when i click on the other user the mouse starts pinwheeling/locks up in the entire right side of the menu bar...

would anyone out there be willing to create a simple/easy script or something to tell finder to basically relaunch after you exit ATV? I think that would effectivly fix every issue i just described.

please? :D

the frappliance causes loginwindow to freeze - as shown in activity monitor. to log out, force quit this process. Finder has nothing to do with it. quitting loginwindows also logs everyone out.
