A follow up on the brcm4360 spoof to make AirportItlwm.kext work in Sequoia: only the IOName property is needed to trigger Modern WiFi patching in OCLP

so you can delete the other properties!

The advantage is, that this entry can stay enabled after root patching, since the Intel WiiFi card is connected to the AirportItlwm kext via the device-id!

I think there are a few variations of the same app available.

Can somebody fix these kexts?

It doesn't mount cards unless they are inserted in the system prior to booting macOS. Sonoma as well as Sequoia is affected.

I don't know if this can help you but @Slice has a post with instructions to install VoodooHDA on Big Sur and newer.

Uhhm, why are you refferring me to a guide about enabling an audio kext, when my issue is about an SD Card Reader kext? Oh, you want me to install it locally in L/E?

Yes, I was referring to the way to put the kexts in /L/E. I was pretty sure that you already know it and don't know if it's valid for your issue.

Well, I could try this method, but I've had bad experiences with adding kexts manually to the L/E folder on systems that requires root patching with OCLP. One time, OCLP couldn't continue patching since something went wrong with updating the kernel collection after deleting a kext from L/E that I added manually prior to test something.
