EdoardoConti
Hi! I just got a working Hackintosh with OpenCore as bootloader. (I've only been working on it since yesterday, great learning curve btw). This is my configuration: Gigabyte Z170X-UD3 i5-6600 ( HD530) AMD RX 580 Samsung SSD 970 EVO NVMe When I was reading about this "new" project I was impressed about the boot time improvements over Clover. A the moment the boot time (from OC's boot picker to the Desktop) is about 25s ... it's high! I'll attach my EFI folder. Can you help me to spot some issues with my configuration? If you read the Configuration.pdf that the devs provided, it explicitly states this should only be done as a last resort. All of these can be achieved by using a SSDT. Your signature doesn't require custom DSDT, use SSDT with dependence for Darwin only.
