Derek12
I am having trouble getting this card to work under HS. I have following every tutorial here and there (enabling SIP before installation, disabling SIP after it, using VWebDriverLibValFix.kext And after installing it, it boots but I get three failure modes: monitor loses signal after Apple logo (but caps lock key works) Stuck in Apple logo and half-filled bar Reboots after Apple logo without any error nor KP and nv_disable=1 won't work (I have to delete all nvidia kexts under recovery.to make it boot. Does anyone had succes with a 1050Ti? Thank you
fallen00sniper
I had a similar issue, I installed the latest web driver WebDriver-378.10.10.10.15.117 and had no acceleration, found a post about having to enable sip did that and rebooted, installed the web driver again, allowed in security and privacy, disabled sip and rebooted again. Mine is working perfectly, short of HDMI audio at the moment, I would assume you are using the same config from a previous install? Did you use the clover patch for APPLEAHCIPort or copy the one from Sierra? I used the clover patch on my Series 5 GA-P55A-UD3 (ICH5). I've also got kext-dev-mode=1 enabled. Derek12
Thank you, In my case I can't even reach the desktop after installing it. Only after deleting the Nvidia kexts from S/L/E and L/E everything boots as normal (without acceleration, of course) I already did the enabling SIP (CsrActiveConfig as 0x0, also tried 0x3), reboot, install nvidia web driver, allow it from security and privacy settings, not reboot and disable SIP (CsrActiveConfig as 0x67) and reboot but the same thing happens. Sometimes the monitor just loses signal, sometimes it freezes at middle boot, and sometimes just reboots after the Apple logo. I didn't patched AppleAHCIPort but this is for SATA right? I think it is. When I disabled sip, my computer booted to a black screen, I reset it and it booted fine after with an error... maybe this is where you are currently. I think maybe something is off in your config maybe? my csractiveconfig is 0x0067, but it shouldn't matter from what I have read 0x67 works the same. I am using smbios 11,3 and the board id from 11,3 and haven't had an issue yet and under boot I have nvda_drv=1 checked as well as web driver. I think clover set nvda_drv for me though. Nothing else special, I have the gigabyte card with 6-pin not sure if that makes a difference. Maybe try again from the beginning. Leave sip disabled, install web drivers enable sip and reboot install web drivers again, allow in security and reboot disable sip and reboot sudo touch /System/Library/Extentions && sudo kextcache -u / Thats the order of my install, though it was blindly trying to fix it... my card works, but no hdmi even after using Toledo's 1.30 script (had to add PEGP@3 to make it work or I think it ran right)
TrustAugustus
Are you upgrading or installing?
HBP
Also what smbios are you using?? I found that no matter what I did I was unable to get my 750 ti to boot with the iMac 14,2 profile (it worked fine in sierra) If you are using an override kext you have to be using a profile it was designed for. b4sh
1. Leave csractiveconfig 0x0067 2. copy NVWebDriverLibValFix.kext to Clover 3. Install web driver, continue on error 4. DON'T REBOOT 5. Open terminal and rebuild kernel cache ( sudo touch /System/Library/Extensions/ /Library/Extensions/ ; kextcache -u / ) 6. Reboot

Derek12
Thanks to all. I am using imac 7,1 SMBIOS. I did made a clean installation, I tried all tutorials and steps here, the only difference is that now I consistently get the "no signal" failure after Apple logo but the system seems to be running (caps lock works), are you 1050Ti users using the HDMI port? EDIT: I VNC'ed and it works fine, including transparency but it doesn't output video to the monitor nor it detects it in about this Mac EDIT2: After restarting through VNC now it has swithed to the "reboot after Apple logo failure" I love hackintosh
fallen00sniper
I am using 11,3 which matches my system, does this match your system at all? https://everymac.com/ultimate-mac-lookup/?search_keywords=iMac7,1 You should probably use an SMBIOS from a Mac Pro series that more closely matches your system profile, I am using iMac because the cpu matches a lot closer. I am using a DisplayPort to HDMI adapter now, was using HDMI directly until Toleda pointed out audio would work this way on my display (LG 42" LED TV). I did not have display until after installing the web drivers, I also have a HP P201 on DVI which (sadly) is my boot display and handled everything until the web drivers were installed and is now a side display. My iMac can be just as much a pain as my hackintosh, though it started being a pain after some mods... cpu, wifi/bluetooth lol It however is working fully where my hack isn't as easily.
